Child Sex trafficking is a real and ongoing problem

According to the United Nations, at least 25 million people are victims of modern slavery, including 10 million children. The majority of victims are women and girls, and they are often trafficked for sex work, forced labor, or organ removal!

Human traffickers  are often very sophisticated

They use a variety of methods to lure, transport, and exploit their victims, including deception, force, and coercion. Human traffickers are also often connected to other criminal organizations, such as drug cartels and gangs.

In the government, law enforcement agencies that specialize in investigating and prosecuting human trafficking cases.  In the private sector, there are organizations that provide support to victims of human trafficking and work to prevent this crime from happening.
